It is necessary to all new students of the college to follow these steps for reporting/confirmation of their admission:-

• Lock your seat from BHU Counselling Portal..
• Come to the college for Physical Verification of the documents
• Students must fill a compulsory Anti Ragging Undertaking by visiting the website antiragging.in or amanmovement.org. Download anti-ragging Undertaking (PDF) from the respective website and take a print out to attach with your admission form.
• SC/ST category students of UP state: An Affidavit on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper [Annexure-A] to be given whose family income is less than 2.5 lakhs and paid only non-refundable part of the college fee at the time of admission. They will have to submit the remaining college fee by the end of 31st March, during the Academic Session.
• All New Students must fill the admission form online for their respective course.
• Those who wants Hostel facility must fill the Google form available with the Online Admission Form.

1. Candidate’s Photograph (JPG/JPEG Format)
2. BHU Admit Card from counselling Portal (PDF Format)
3. BHU Course Allocation Page from counselling Portal (PDF Format)
4. All Marks Sheets (PDF Format)
5. Income Certificate(PDF Format)
6. Caste Certificate(PDF Format)
7. Candidate’s Signature (JPG/JPEG Format)
8. Father’s Signature (JPG/JPEG Format)

Note : Print out of the fully filled Downloaded Online Admission Form (in .pdf format) with all the required documents must be submitted to document verification committee of the college.
