Hostel Allotment Process

After Physical Verification of your documents in the college, you have to follow these steps for Hostel Allotment:-

1. Hostel Registration Fee Rs. 5,000/- to be paid in the Account given below-
   1. Account No.: 383502010135640
   2. IFSC: UBIN0538353
   3. Account Name: KFI Vasantashram
   4. Bank Name: Union Bank of India, Rajghat Branch, Varanasi
2. WhatsApp your Transaction Details of Paid Registration Fee (Rs. 5,000/-) to Mob. No. 7839425231 & 8957454255.
3. After payment of Registration Fees students has to scan QR Code at Counter No.-7 to fill the Google Form for further process at the earliest.
4. After hostel allotment an e-mail will be sent for remaining payment Rs. 1,02,000/-(One Lakh Two Thousand only).
5. After Payment of Rs. 1,02,000/-(One Lakh Two Thousand only) , WhatsApp your payment detail to Mob. No. 7839425231 & 8957454255.
6. Confirmation of Hostel Allotment with required items will be sent through an e-mail.

Note: 1. Registration Fee Rs. 5,000/- will be adjusted in Hostel Fees.
2. Rs. 5,000/- will be refunded within six months to those who have not been allotted hostel.
3. If anybody who has been allotted college hostel but fails to pay the remaining Hostel Fee within stipulated timing as per the e-mail the hostel allotment will be cancelled and the Registration Fee will not be refunded.

आवंटित कॉलेज में आपके दस्तावेजों के भौतिक सत्यापन के बाद,आपको छात्रावास आवंटन के लिए निम्न चरणों का पालन करना होगा। :

1. छात्रावास पंजीकरण शुल्क रु. 5,000/- का भुगतान नीचे दिए गए खाते में करना होगा -
   1. खाता संख्या: 383502010135640
   2. आईएफएससी: UBIN0538353
   3. खाता नाम: KFI Vasantashram
   4. बैंक का नाम: Union Bank of India, Rajghat Branch, Varanasi
2. भुगतान पंजीकरण शुल्क रु. 5,000/- की पेमेंट डिटेल को Mob नंबर 7839425231 एवं 8957454255 पर WhatsApp करें।
3. पंजीकरण शुल्क के भुगतान के बाद छात्राओं को आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए Google फॉर्म भरने के लिए काउंटर नंबर-7 पर QR कोड को स्कैन करना होगा और जल्द से जल्द फॉर्म भरना होगा।
4. छात्रावास आवंटन के बाद शेष शुल्क रु. 1,02,000/- के भुगतान के लिए एक ई-मेल भेजा जाएगा।
5. शेष शुल्क रु. 1,02,000/- के भुगतान की पेमेंट डिटेल को Mob नंबर 7839425231 एवं 8957454255 पर WhatsApp करें।
6. छात्रावास के लिए आवश्यक वस्तुओं के साथ छात्रावास आवंटन की पुष्टि ई-मेल के माध्यम से भेजी जाएगी।

नोट: 1. पंजीकरण शुल्क रु. 5,000/- छात्रावास शुल्क में समायोजित किया जाएगा।
2. जिन छात्राओं को छात्रावास आवंटित नहीं हुआ है उन्हें रु. 5,000/- छह महीने के भीतर वापस कर दिए जाएंगे।
3. यदि कोई छात्रा जिसे कॉलेज छात्रावास आवंटित किया गया है, लेकिन वह ई-मेल के अनुसार निर्धारित समय के भीतर शेष छात्रावास शुल्क का भुगतान करने में विफल रहती है, तो छात्रावास आवंटन रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और पंजीकरण राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
